Noureen is born in New York City on 28 February 1984. Her entire life she has shown a great enthusiasm for becoming an actress. The School of the Arts of Boston University was where she started to build the basis for the rest of her acting career. Noureen was then able to audition for different roles. She gained a leading role in 2005's West Bank Story. West Bank Story had its world premiere in the Sundance Film Festival of 2005 in addition to being shown at many other festivals. Furthermore it won an Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 Academy Awards. It also paved the path to Noureen DeWulf's subsequent successes. Noureen has been featured in TV shows like Girlfriends, Chuck and Outsourced.
